Mommy Moment

This weeks Mommy Moment is one of more frustrating moments. While working with Boo this week on Math, she decided 7-5 was 1. No matter what I told her how I explained she was convinced it was 1. Thing was after about the second time I explained I could see it in her eyes she knew I was right! Yet she just had to be right.

Boo can be so stubborn. We are trying to learn to channel that energy in to the right things to be stubborn about. Additionally that when Mom and Dad tell you something like 7-5=2 they might be right!

Friday Mommy Moments

While sewing on Boo's stuff onto her new Junior vest, I guess I had too much coffee and was in too big of a hurry. I must admit I did a pretty crummy job. When she saw it she said
"Gee Mom even Zebu (her bff) could even do a better job then you!" At least it was on the vest for bridging. I can take it off and do it again when I have more time and less coffee!
